First notarization: $30 | Additional notarizations: $15 each | Witnesses: $50 per witness

Services include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, affidavits, real estate documents, and more — handled with accuracy, care, and full compliance with Massachusetts notary law.
Loan Signing Agent Services — Plymouth County, South Shore, South Coast & Cape Cod
Flat rate: $125
Professional loan signing services for lenders, title companies, and borrowers throughout Plymouth County, the South Shore, South Coast, and Cape Cod. Refinances, HELOCs, purchase closings, and seller packages — completed accurately and returned promptly. Evening and weekend availability to keep your closings on schedule.
Travel Fees
$1.00 per mile for any distance over 5 miles from Plymouth, MA (zip code 02360). Travel fees are always discussed and confirmed in advance — no surprises.
